Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposits
We normally require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Cancellation
Guests who cancel 45 days or less before their intended arrival date will have their payments refunded if we can fill the room. Insurance cover is recommended.

Changeover Day
During peak season (April - September) when our accommodation is let weekly, our changeover day for self catering guests is Friday. Please contact us for check in/check out days outside these dates. You are welcome to arrive from 3pm on your check in date. Please vacate your room by 10.30am on your day of departure.

Children & Pets
We welcome families and children. However, we are not able to accept pets.

Smoking
Please note that Manor Farm House is non-smoking throughout.
