Deposits
We normally require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.
CancellationVisitors who cancel 7 days or more before their intended arrival date will have their deposits refunded in full. Visitors who cancel less than 7 days but more than 2 days before their intended arrival date will have their deposits refunded
if we can fill the room. Cancellations that are notified less than 2 days from the intended arrival date will not receive any refund of the deposit.

We accept payment by cash, cheque of BACS plus any of the cards listed below
Arrival & Departure Times
Arrivals are from 3pm onwards. Other arrival times can be arranged, so please contact us if you have special requirements. We ask that our guests check out by 10.30am on their departure date.
Weekend Bookings Bookings taken for a Friday or Saturday night are accepted for a minimum of 2 or more nights only.
Children & Pets
We welcome children provided they are accompanied by at least one adult. However, we are not able to accept pets.
Smoking
Please note that Manor Farm House is non-smoking throughout.
